The Deed Specialist strives to ensure that its services are accessible to people with disabilities. Undefined has invested a significant amount of resources to help ensure that its website is made easier to use and more accessible for people with disabilities, with the strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence.

This website seeks to comply with Government Code Section 7405 (incorporating Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act), Government Code section 11135, and World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.

All site pages are tested through a W3C compliant validation product to monitor compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. The Deed Specialist used Job Access Word Speech (JAWS), NonVisual Desktop Access (NVDA) and Voiceover screen reader software to assist in determining both accessibility compliance and level of practical usability.
